Commercial & Vendor Information: 

​

 Commercial exhibitors can be in the Bowyer Building or outside between Bowyer and Anderson Buildings.

​

Outdoor commercial exhibits will be open from August 4th to 13th while indoor exhibits will open August 5th to 8th.

​

​

In order to exhibit we will need a Certificate of Insurance and a Kansas Sales Tax number.

See guidelines below. 

Get your contract in early to guarantee a space.

Indoor Bowyer Building Commercial Exhibit Rental Contract

  • Cost for indoor exhibit 10 X 10 space is $75.00.

  • Please click here for contract

  • Contract must be completed, payment and insurance certificate along with state tax certificate must be remitted to fair office prior to set up date. 

Outdoor Commercial Exhibit Rental Contract

  • Cost for outdoor exhibit 20 X 20 is $50.00
