Commercial & Vendor Information: ​ Commercial exhibitors can be in the Bowyer Building or outside between Bowyer and Anderson Buildings. ​ Outdoor commercial exhibits will be open from August 4th to 13th while indoor exhibits will open August 5th to 8th. ​ ​ In order to exhibit we will need a Certificate of Insurance and a Kansas Sales Tax number. Sponsorship Banners ​ Show off your BUSINESS around the Lyon County Fairgrounds. Banners are displayed on fences, Show Arena's and are all high profile areas for everyone to see your support! The image area for sponsor advertising is 8'' tall by 90'' long. All banners will be in full color. Cost: $200.00 for the 1st year, $100.00 for proceeding year. Memorial Bricks The Lyon County Fair Board offers the purchase of a memorial brick for a permanent reminder of a loved one or event. These bricks are placed in the Memorial area of the Fairgrounds. If interested in purchasing a brick, please call the Fair Board office, 620-342-5014. Bricks are $70.00 each, with 3 lines maximum and only 12 characters per line.
